Do you provide the alcohol?
No. We work as a dry-hire service, which means you buy the alcohol and we bring everything else: the bartender, mixers, garnishes, ice, cups, bar tools, and the bar itself. We send you a shopping list with quantities based on your guest count, so you buy what you need and save the markup.
Do you check IDs?
Always. We check ID for every guest who orders an alcoholic drink, and we will politely stop serving anyone who has had too much. Keeping your guests safe keeps the night fun.
What does my venue need from you?
Every venue has its own rules for outside vendors. Share them when you reach out, and we will confirm the details with you and your venue before your date.
How far do you travel?
We serve events within about 50 miles of New Albany, which covers Louisville, Southern Indiana, and the surrounding Kentucky counties. Events farther than 50 miles are welcome, with a travel fee of $0.55 per mile beyond 50.
How far in advance should I book?
For weddings, three to nine months ahead is ideal, especially for spring and fall Saturdays. For private parties and corporate events, two to four weeks is usually enough, but sooner is always safer.
How do I hold my date?
A signed agreement and a 50% deposit reserve your date. The balance is due seven days before the event.
Can you make mocktails?
Absolutely. Every menu can include zero-proof drinks made with the same care as the cocktails, so every guest has something worth raising.
Do you need power or water at the venue?
Not usually. We bring our own ice and coolers. Access to a nearby outlet is helpful for lighting, and we will check the details with you before the event.
